1. Check the dates above for availability 2. Send an email to lucy@casaultima.com or telephone on 01962 779598 to reserve your dates 3. Send a deposit (25%) to confirm your dates. We will email you confirmation of booking. 4. Six weeks before the holiday, send final payment. We will send you directions to the house and further instructions. 5. We will ask for a returnable cash deposit of 200 euros or £200 paid locally on arrival. |
Weekly prices: high season £1600, mid season £1200, and low season £800.

Changeover day is Saturday. In low/mid season we may be able to be flexible on this. Arrivals are after 4pm. Departures are by 10am. |
Our prices are in pounds sterling, but we ask for payment in Euros into our Spanish bank account. Details of how to pay will be advised at time of booking.
We (the owners) live in England most of the year and manage most bookings from home. We also have managing agents in Spain who organise the cleaning, gardening, and any additional services you need whilst staying at Casa Ultima. |
