 The pool is approx. 3 metres x 6 metres and is surrounded by child-proof railings.
The garden is walled with a small area of lawn, and colourful flower beds. At the rear of the house is a courtyard area with fishpond and sitting area which enjoys the morning sun.
There is a wide terrace and a poolside patio area which enjoys 180 degree views over the Guadalhorce valley below.

Below the garden wall is a well-established ‘finca’ (orange grove) with approx. 50 mature orange, lemon, tangerine and clementine trees. The whole house and garden area is secure with high garden walls, and automatic metal gates at the entrance. There is a wide paved parking area which can fit 3 or 4 cars. |
